I write all the things that no longer serve me on water soluble paper I found on Amazon and dilute it in the bathtub while watching the words disappear into the water. I take a bath with holy smokes salt scrub and soap. I make this with sage frankincense myrrh Palo Santos Sweetgrass and Dragons Blood oils.  When I get out I watch the water go down the drain signifying all that no longer serves me going down the drain with it. Then I write my manifesting list on botanical seed paper I found on Etsy.

I’m not able to burn candles, paper, incense, resins, or herbs because My children and husband have an issue with fire and smoke so I altered my methods to be 100% smokeless.  This ritual was my first and it’s incredibly powerful.

I did this ritual on the Blue Blood super moon eclipse on January 31st 2018 6 days later my husband was offered a job that moved us to Florida and everything on my manifesting list came forward between then and April 2019.
New job for my husband.
Pay off all debt.
Five bedroom house with a big tub and a pool.
New vehicle for my husband.
New van for me with auto start, remote doors and hatch.
IEP for my son.
Monthly House Cleaners.
Mother’s helper.
After school child care.
Countertop “chewy ice” machine.

We were headed in the right direction, but I figured it would take 5 years to pay off our debit.  We sold the house and they relocated us.
I’ve manifested a whole lot since then but that was the 4th consecutive super moon I cleared myself with the paper in my bath, using my soap and salt scrub and my manifesting list was done during a supermoon, eclipse and a blue moon all in 1 night.

It works!

Try it I’d love to hear your feedback.

A Smokeless Ritual for Release and Manifestation

In my journey of personal growth and transformation, I’ve found powerful ways to let go of what no longer serves me and welcome new blessings—without the use of fire or smoke.

I start by writing down everything I wish to release on water-soluble paper, which I found on Amazon. Then, I place the paper in a warm bath, watching as the words dissolve, symbolizing the release of these burdens. As I soak, I use Holy Smokes salt scrub infused with sage, frankincense, myrrh, palo santo, sweetgrass, and dragon’s blood oils—ingredients I carefully blend myself. The ritual concludes as I drain the bath, visualizing all negativity washing away with the water.

Once I have cleared space in my life, I shift my focus to manifestation. I write my intentions on botanical seed paper, a beautiful find from Etsy, allowing my desires to take root both metaphorically and literally.

Because my family has sensitivities to fire and smoke, I’ve adapted my practice to be entirely smokeless—yet just as powerful. This ritual was my first, and its effects were nothing short of extraordinary.

I performed it under the Blue Blood Supermoon Eclipse on January 31, 2018. Just six days later, my husband received an unexpected job offer that relocated us to Florida. Over the following year, everything on my manifestation list unfolded:

  • A new job for my husband
  • Paying off all debts
  • Five bedroom house with a big tub and a pool
  • New vehicle for my husband
  • New van for me with auto start and remote doors/hatch
  • IEP for my son
  • Monthly house cleaners
  • Mothers helper or after school care for our twins
  • Countertop “chewy ice” machine

This experience solidified my belief in the power of intentional rituals. Sometimes, all we need is a moment of clarity, a sacred practice, and trust in the universe to open the doors we seek.
